More details
DAJK GROUP has become the First Multi-International Print Patron.  This opportunity to be a Patron of a Print for three schools in different countries provides a marvelous, unbelievable and innovative way for me to empower our youth. If as a Vietnamese living in America I can inspire students in England, Jamaica, and Spain by simply donating a print to an establishment in their country, then I can positively impact their lives while elevating my own. This sculpture is incredibly deep, meaningful and teaches us so much about who we are and who we can be. The Global Gallery has struck gold with this powerful and much needed global initiative. It is not only a brilliantly personal, social and artistic initiative but it is also a refreshing and motivating message in the business environment as well.

How Do We Empower Our Youth Inspirationally, Remotely and Globally?

MASTER SCULPTOR DONALD BROWN DELIVERS AN INSPIRING MASTERCLASS

A group of Year 10 students were engaged and inspired by a sculpting masterclass delivered by Donald Brown, Master Sculptor and CEO of The Global Gallery Limited on Wednesday 15 November.

World renowned sculptor Donald Brown has dedicated his varied career as an artist and globally conscious entrepreneur to humanizing art for all people to understand and appreciate by making his works relevant to real life issues.

The creation of his latest masterpiece title "A Sporting Chance for Peace" created over a period of four years, is the flagship for a Personal Peace Initiative spearheaded by Donald. The sculpture that blends the two great passions of his life, art and sports, features a dynamic interaction of people engaged in various sporting activities and also functions as symbols of human behaviour and ideals. ‘100 Masters’ is an arts campaign to identify contemporary skilled people from the Black Country  and help inspire future talent.

The shortlisted Masters were chosen via a panel selection process and come from a breadth of backgrounds, ages and areas of the region.

The diversity of talent to come from Wolverhampton, Walsall, Sandwell and Dudley, areas of the Black Country which built it’s name during the industrial revolution, soon became apparent.

“The Black Country was forged at the hands of men and women from all walks of life who honed their skills to the highest levels.

"It was through their craftsmanship and diligence that the region became renowned as the industrial heartland of the UK, and while we successfully recognise our great industrial heritage, we believe it is time to represent the present-day masters who have been making tremendous strides.”

A master was described as 'a noteworthy person who has forged their own path and displayed outstanding ability that has influenced others in their field.

A master can be from any walk of life and there are no restrictions in specialism but they must have either been born, educated, lived or worked in the Black Country for a significant period of time.

Global Peace Campaign Kick-Starts in Ghana with Benefits

Picture
Being in a world largely focused on putting up a beautiful and acceptable outward appearance and impression, mankind has not really embraced the fact that for every good we seek outside, it must first begin from the inside.

Peace can’t win the battle against war if the individuals instigating the battle and in the middle of it have no peace within themselves or brought to the consciousness of dealing with disappointments with sense of optimism.

Donald Brown, the British Award winning sculptor and athletic medallist is on a journey around the world with message of peace inspired by sports and art.

The Art work seeks to bring man to the positives of life and opportunities presented by challenges. With all the major sporting disciplines intertwined to send one message: that everyone has a little good within enough to propel them to the pinnacle of their dreams if focused on, SPORTING CHANCE FOR PEACE presents the world a rare opportunity to make the search for peace not just a mirage but reality.

Though sports are appreciated for the fun and business side, it teaches important humans principles that are often overlooked due to our quest and desire to win at all cost.
that everyone has a little good within enough to propel them to the pinnacle of their dreams if focused on, SPORTING CHANCE FOR PEACE presents the world a rare opportunity to make the search for peace not just a mirage but reality.
